My Collections

Hello everyone! It's Emily.

Julie asked me to get the snowboard from out under her bed for some reason, and I did.

I was digging around under her bed (it's filled with dust bunnies) and I found this--

It's a container filled with all of my Japanese erasers! I love to collect these little erasers; they are so much fun.

I laid them all out on the table, and in total I have 28 erasers.

Here are all of the animals: I have two frogs, an elephant, a pig, a pink panda, a cow, a green owl, a flat sunfish, a blue turtle, a manta ray, two whales, orange coral, and a smiley flower.

Here are all of the foods and miscellaneous items: two cakes, a biscuit, a stack of pancakes, a crepe, an ice pop, a pan, a pot, a spatula, a fork, a ladle, a spoon, a purple handbag, a pot, and an ice cream cone.

My favorite erasers are the whales and the elephant. They're so adorable!

I also remembered about my postcards. I love to collect postcards from all different places.

Here's another shot of all of my postcards.

Here are my two favorite postcards!

This one is of two cute Holstein cows near a pretty maple tree. This one's from Vermont.

And this postcard has a whole bunch of different shells from Florida on it. I love seeing if I can find all of the shells on the beach on vacation!

So those are my collections. What do you collect? Rocks, shells, maybe pressed flowers? Let me know in the comments below!
Bye for now,

Visiting the Taste of France Festival!

Hi everyone (or should I say bonjour?)!
Today I'll be telling you about my adventure to the Taste of France festival back in September.
The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the gigantic hot air balloon. It was floating right in the center of the event!
They weren't offering rides, but if they were, I certainly would have gone on it.
We walked around a bit and I saw some people in a bubble sculpting an Eiffel Tower out of butter! Representatives for the butter company were hovering near the bubble and handing out samples of baguettes with butter. Très magnifique!
I also went on a beautiful carousel! The horses were so detailed and fun to sit on. Down below is a quick clip of me on the carousel with French music in the background.

Well, that's all for now. Au revoir!
